Dutchie. Your daughter is very pretty. But, I can see where she gets her good looks from.
Cappy, your friend might have either been married along the Columbia or the East Fork of the Lewis, both are very near Silver Lake. I haven't been crabbing since I lived in Florida. We used to catch them with a piece of chicken and a string.

Thank You!!

Ha ha! That is how they do it here too. That is so funny to throw that meat on a string over the side of the bridge and come up with a crab. Nice family pictures btw!

Dakota, very handsome family pictures.
How old is the picture on top with your two daughters? I ask because you still have dark hair. (Not that there's anything wrong with that!)
Dutchie, that picture was taken in 91. There was some gray, but mostly in the back and little around the temples that didn't show up. I dyed my hair for a while afterwards, but it grows so quick, I couldn't keep up with it. So, I just let it go natural about 6 or 7 years ago.
I would have posted a later one with Laurie in it, but since she and her husband live in Texas, I don't get as many as I do of Julie and her family.
Luckily, neither girl looks all that much like me, so they turned out very pretty too.
I have to agree with Cappy. You and your daughter could pass for sisters. But, I'm a bit prejudiced where you are concerned You are both very lovely.
Hugs and Kisses

Bugs, we used to catch them on the banks of the many canals in South Florida. We would walk them up to the bank and snag them with a net. The way South Florida has grwon since then, I wouldn't doubt all those canals are filled in and gone by now.
