Actually, like I said before, there was a thread about this last year, but nothing ever came of it, so I began playing around with my graphics and created as a joke what the book would look it. There really is no book. Although there use to be a website with the profile of many of the posters here.
I suppose, a virtual online book could be created. and a biography of each of those who wish to participate. We could use a free service, or someone can go to a little trouble and expense of getting a professional website with url and all.
