Episode III won't be released until Summer, 2005. The episode 3 you're probably thinking of is Lord of the Rings, part 3, which will be released in Christmas, 2003.

The new Star Wars movies - to me at least - just don't have the ineffable conflict between good and evil of the first three. A "trade war?" please. Gimme a fight to the death for the control of the universe. Too much sizzle and not enough steak. IMHO

I thought Clones was the best since Empire. It is dealing with a weighty issue such as handing over freedom in the name of security. I found the sight of the Jedi fighting along side stormtroopers was eerie and disturbing, as was the final shot of the movie. Thumbs up from Tex!

I, too, had the Yoda fight scene "spoiled" for me in that people told me Yoda kicked ass in the movie. LOL, it wasn't spoiled one bit. It's one thing to hear it, quite a different thing to see it.

YAY! i saw it! ...oh my god..when the door opened..and yoda walked in slowly...i was like "holy crap...hell's about to break loose" i grabbed my cherry coke and started chewing no the straw as the immense bolts of energy went from one person to another...and then the infamious words "i see that we are evenly matched ....the only way we can settle this contest is with our light sabers" and yoda used the force to get his...and flew at the Count Dooku. I started crying..i had this huge grin on my face to see the little, yet very wise, fellow jumping all over the place fighting the Count. But i wish it had gone on for another 5 mins or so. That was my only disappointment about that scene. The over all movie was good..although i really HATED the "war" that took place in the arena...it just didn't seem "star wars" type and more of an action Rambo flick. but other then that..it was pretty cool. I give it a four star rattng out of five. ~FS

I don't believe it... I LOVED the arena scene!!! Dozens of Jedi whooping ass simultaneously... So much eye candy I think my orbs gained a few pounds...

One interesting revelation was that Jar Jar Binks is directly responsible for the Evil Empire!!! Kind of stupid for the queen/senator to leave her authority in his hands methinks!!! Thanks, Jar Jar, for proposing martial law under Darth Sidious!!! No wonder we hate the bastard; he's not just annoying - he's the root of all evil!!!!!!
