1 .probably they have in mind those that have drifted away for one reason or another .
2.Also it could be aimed at those who were D.F. and it`s an appeal for them to seek forgiveness and rejoin Jehovah`s happifying people.
3.It`s definitely not intended for so called apostates like us on this board , who in there mind , have committed the unforgivable sin.

I think it's aimed at telling df'd people and faders the org has gone full 5150 bat shit crazy and you should stay away if you have half a mind. This is a appeal to not come back
