  Love the look and smell of Lilacs! Peonies are great, too. I like all kinds of flowers but those are my fave's!

  I love wild flowers and spring flowers (irises, tulips, daisies). As for roses, I love pink tea roses.

  I would be thrilled with a bunch of carnations.They are beautiful, they smell wonderful,they last and last, plus they are economical.

  I would also be just as happy with an assortment of wild flowers.

  I would rather not be given roses,Yes, they are beautiful but they don't last, they are expensive and I agree with whoever said they are done to death.

  Roses are a sad wilting fantasy to me unless they are allowed to stay on the bush. I absolutly adore them there.

  Orchids and Galdiolus have to be my all time favorites...and yes just to chime in with everyone else who already said so, roses are way to over done.

  Just a bit of advice for boys--any flower will do! We like them all...hell a boquet of dandylions would impress me...
