Everybody always says how great Hondas are.
I think I'm the only person to disagree. Every Honda/Acura I've ever owned has been a nightmare of expensive repairs.
I just sold my '94 Accord and bought a Toyota. I've sworn off of Hondas forever.

you will LOVE your honda. i had a honda accord and a civic and they were both excellent cars. my brother has a prlude and loves it too. they age well and are extremely reliable. but... buying from the witnesses? (shudder)

Larry, go Honda definitely! They are absolutely great vehicles. Someone mentioned having 170k miles on the clock, well that is just the beginning. I have seen Hondas with over 300k miles still running just fine. Just keep in mind that proper maintenance is vital to any vehicle. Follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance exactly.
I think you'll be very happy with a Honda.
