OK, I think that Bad Associations are:
Elders,
MS
POs
COs
and the GB
The Usefull Habits they spoil are:
Sincerity, Common Sense, Love of neighbor, Love of Family, Love of life, and JOY of LIFE

Those useful habits they don't want spoiled are running around selling their crappy little magazines.

The whole idea of having "usefull habits" is somehow warped to me. Habits brings to mind things I usually want to rid myself of like smoking, or chewing on my nails. I think that habits are more likely what you need to get rid of then hold on to.....LOL Habits like reading the Watchtower, running to the GB or the elders for all your decisions to be made in life, these are definitly bad ones.
Habits are things that seem to take you over without your being in control, yes that does sound a lot like the Org. They are the bad habit!

it's a GB trick to keep you away from rational people. people who could lead you astray. you need to do things like pray, study your watchtower and keep yourself spiritually clean. while you're washing your field service outfits, for example, they're washing your brain...
