Welcome Blueroom, I hope everything is going ok for you now? I was DF'd in 1990 and it took me about 9 years to kick all of the JW programming. Your story, minimus, does sound like all the stuff I'd heard back in the 80's. It is always easier to point the finger at someone else than yourself. It is also often less painful.

Were there two independent witnesses? How were they able to determine tongue placement? The guy you kissed was too close to your own age to qualify you for a cover-up versus reproof.

They knew tongue placement because I friend who I had confided in told them. You can only trust yourself.
