Frank, it looks like you have a personal bee-in-your-bonnet about the man you name and shame.
As it stands, your comment is just an allegation. It even has a "so what?" flavor to it.
I presume the women he allegedly "flirts" with ain't complaining. And precisely what do you mean by "flirt"? Could you give some behavioral examples? And how do you know this and from who? I'm afraid your OP seems kind of "gossipy" and bordering on slander (e.g., you name him in the context of allegations).
And are you refering to behaviour he allegedly engaged in in the past because you add, "if he is still alive".
