I just spent a lovely afternoon at the get together that Simon and Angharad arranged....you will be seeing the pics soon. Certainly cheered me up, anyway.

Sirona, it is wonderful news that things are looking up for you. I had a little scare several months ago and had to wait for what seemed forever to get the results back. Everything was fine. But waiting, for the results made me look at my life so much closer, especially how much I want to live. Just leaving the borg and having the paradise dreams shattered was hard enough, not knowing what is on the other side, faced with not knowing was hard. Especially when you have little kids, but I guess anything can happen to us at any given time. It sure makes you glad to be alive, I hope you are enjoying the get together at Simon's . Now maybe you can breathe a sigh of relief and start enjoying the beginning of the rest of your life. So here's to you Sirona( holding up a glass of wine) and wishing you all the best and may all your days be peaceful and happy. Love ya, Dede

After leaving the jw's, I learned quicky that I had to not only live life hard and fast, but to live it one day at a time. I still do that, at 46, and it makes life not only less stressful, but more comfy. With my lifestyle thru the 70's, 80's, and early 90's, getting thyroid cancer is a cakewalk.
Dont get me wrong, those of you that worry about every word or typo... I dont take cancer for you lightly... it is serious. I just dont let these things worry me. When my time comes, it comes....
I cant wait to see you and WT in Sept.... gonna let me take ya for a ride?
