It really depends on what is stressing me and how I like to remove it.
There are some public gardens near me, and more importantly near my school, so I can just go there between classes and chill out and roll in the grass, they don't care if ya do!
Doing some simple stretches and breathing exercises are great after work.
When life in general has me stressed/depressed laughter really is the best medicine. I'll pop in a favorite video, talk to one of my friends who I know can make me laugh, or head to this improv theater--good times!
Go shopping.
Reading,, magazines(Cosmo not WT'S), Books, things from the internet, newspaper etc.
Sitting outside with family.
Cleaning house, believe it or not, can make me feel calmer.
Playing with our animals.
Watching or going to the Movies.
My ulitmate dream would be to have a house right on the beach, so I could smell the water, and hear the waves crash agaisnt the rocks, I could sit in the sand late at night alone and totally be in another state of mind. That would be my utlimate way to unwind...... ahhh dreams.
