    1. Why do apostates view the WTS as an enemy when it is trying to be a friend by bringing many to Jehovah?

Because by actively promoting lies, they cause harm.

    2. Governing Body.

Try this on them theyll probably see red or say its lies.

After the Holy Apostles had founded and set the Church in order they gave over the exercise of the episcopal office to Linus. The same Linus is mentioned by Paul in his Epistle to Timothy. His successor was Anacletus.

    3. Organization in Jehovah's Creation:

Who said ? Russell - themselves?

    4. Perceptions of the Organizaton:

The organization has a finite type of 'love'.

    5. Organziation & Jesus Christ.

The elders stated that the organization does not put itself in the postion of Jesus Christ and is rather like a company under the direction of Christ as Managing Director

Is He on holidays then ?

Hello Stevie. If you have been invited to a judicial committee meeting, then you have to realize that this is not about the free interchange of ideas. You are sitting in front of men who are about to judge you and decide whether or not you can stay in the organization. As such, this is very serious.

I would suggest that you go back and re-read JT's post and Hillary Step's post very carefully. They have outlined the only options that you have. It is pointless to prepare elaborate answers to questions that you will not be allowed to discuss once the committee sees the direction that your thinking is leaning. And that will only take about 1 minute. (Sorry,JT, it won't take anywhere close to 15 minutes.) Make no mistake about this, Stevie: They are in control, and you have no say or any power whatsoever in these proceedings. You have 2 choices : 1) If because of family or employment reasons, leaving the organization would lead to personal disaster at this time, then you can kiss ass and apologize for the misunderstanding and stay on their good side. One does what one has to do to survive, and no one would think any less of you for doing this. 2) If you're on your way out of the organization anyway, send a brief DA letter and be done with it. Don't waste your time and, as JT says, stay home and sleep good.

I hope things work out for you and I wish you the best.

    stevie,

HS has nailed the issue in a nutshell. So has JT.

The bottom line is this: if you go to the JC, you are playing their game by their rules and you have no rights. If you don't go to the JC, you are still going to suffer the same fate they will dish out, but at least you won't be playing by their own rules.

If you don't care what they will do, don't play their game. If you do care what they will do, go and lie like crazy.

Trying to reason with them about the facts in their religion is a whole lot of wasted effort. They are window-washers with badges and unpaid Corporate men who are interested in protecting what little fame and power they possess. They will do what their Brooklyn Masters tell them to do, whether it is right or wrong.

The only other option you have if you don't want a DF is to plead insanity if they start to get nasty with you.
