I think this week will be the bloodiest in human history and we will be attacked many times and many ways ... in this country and others.
... or nothing will happen and we will just have a boring week

God knows I don't encourage an atmosphere of paranoia, but some good healthy caution is what's called for. If we go on like there's no threat, we'll be hit again. If we over react, they win. Somewhere in the middle is a nice place to be.

Of course we'll be hit again. And again and again. Maybe not this week, but eventually. I was shocked we didn't get hit during last years world series or super bowl.
Yes there will be a dirty nuke eventually. It's too easy to do.

That seems like a logical target though. "the happiest place on earth"
I am sure they will strike again. Americans have had it too easy, since the Civil War. Other countries deal with it daily.

I think the INS needs to tighten up its laws. It is currently a bumbling bureaucracy, that does not know what the other hand is doing. I mean they actually gave a couple of visas to those plane blowing goons. Americans are the most hated, laughed-at peoples on the face of the earth. And maybe not tomorrow, but one day in the future this is sure to happen again. The INS needs to make it impossible for these people to enter this great land.

The American public leans toward apathy and complacency. This country is at war, or at least that's what I remember being announced a year ago. Most countries at war have some pretty heavy duty restrictions to personal freedom. But we here have very slight reductions in our freedom. So yep, we have it good (some better than others), and we want to remember why we have it so good and not take these freedoms for granted. A lot of very nice people have died so we can live so well. Even the poorest impoverished person in the USA is better off than most people in developing countries.

Agreed... we also need to shut our borders, or tighten them up..... close trade to our enemies and detractors .... all the while not removing the liberties defined in our constitution and bill of rights.

Nothing will definitely happen. Any person remotely resembling of Middle-East extraction will get their head shot off if they behave the slightest in a suspicious way this coming week.
