  Hi SF,

  What made me uncomfortable is that this persons email and contact numbers to his place of employment were made available while this case is active legally. It might have legal repurcussions if he were dismissed from his work by a barrage of mail sent to his employer. I am thinking not of my own feelings but of the legal exposure that the Board's owner might be exposed to. The deletion was subject to Simon assessing the situation, he may of course feel free to re-post the picture. I was not prepared to risk leaving them on a public forum such as this one.

  Now, what Honestly is not being honest about is that this person has admitted to the abuse of his daughter Vicki Boer, though he claims she has exaggerated the extent of the abuse. He is a child molester by his own admission. Ms. Boers character is NOT the issue. Whether her father molested her is NOT the issue, as he has already admitted this. Whether the WTS and the elders mishandled the situation, causing Ms. Boer emotional damage IS the true issue.

  Another thing Honestly, digital penetration is rape when it is performed against a person's will or by coercion to a minor.

  Honestly focus on THIS issue and try and live to live up to your 'handle'

  If he (and other relatives) are indeed so concerned with his 'vital stats' ONLINE, for all to WITNESS, I suggest it be removed at once, as well.

  I will not protect this admitted perp!

  Enter his name into the engines and he is STILL THERE. What's more, is now, the 'hits' are adding THIS COURT CASE now.

  I do understand your point if view Skally and actually agree with it. I am seeking to protect Simon's interests and I am sure Simon will review my decision if he sees fit.

  Pictures of people should not be posted without their consent unless they are already in the public domain or thay have been convicted of a crime which is being reported on.

  I think HS was correct to remove it and this is exactly the sort of thing that having other admins is for.

  If there is any doubt then we are best reporting things on the general media rather than deciding to dig things up and post them. Remember too that the terms and conditions that you post under mean that you are held liable for what you post which is why I think it's best to be careful.

  Please respect me then, I don't wish this kind of fate on anyone. What my father did to me is wrong. But He is living his hell now. I don't feel it is nessecsary to make it worse for him. He knows what he did, lets leave it at that. THe reason i did not press charges is because I thought he had changed, and I was giving him another chance, But a situation happened recently to let me know that some things do not change. I have choosen not to see him, but i would appreciate not seeing his pic\ here, it will be bad enough in court when I will have to face him. It is just to bad that he did not appoligize to me. Iam still kind of scared of what he will do. Please!!!!
