No personal information identifying the girls father is on the site. If he is convicted and identified publicly then people will be free to link to news sites etc... which may identify him.

My siblings and I were victims..I don't have to prove that....We're no angels!!!! Haven't been for a long, long time. Probably since an adult introduced us to evil, lies, deception, inappropriate (to put it mildly) criminal behaviour. You looking for angel victims, dream on!! Hey, you're making Vicki's case here! I've posted this before to one of your posts: where is your condemnation of the sexual abuse? I've heard from people like you for 20 years: "He's just a brat making trouble." "He's drawing negative attention to Jehovah's name." "He's just like his father." You know who never receives this kind of verbal abuse? The one responsible for the criminal acts. Now that's the real crime!
Let's say you knew me and you announced on a board like this, "He's no angel." I'd say, tell us something we don't know.

As far as posting Gower Palmer's photograph - it's already part of the public domain on his employer's website. I'd say putting it up here constitutes fair usage.
Remember he DID admit to molesting Vicki. Once or a thousand times is irrelevant.
He's a Real Estate Agent, for crying out loud. For every property listed by his firm, he can acquire the combination for the lockbox containing the house key. If you knew that an admitted child molester COULD POSSIBLY enter your home - under the guise of a showing - to observe the surroundings and determine that there are little girls there, would that make YOU feel safe?? Would you willingly grant him that access??

Actually everything here would be considered libel, since it is all written. Slander refers to verbal false defamation. Besides having terrible spelling and grammar, you also seem not to know the law.
Im not a JW any longer.I was never disfellowshipped because i never did anything to get disfellowships.I left on my own after being raised in the truth.When I became older I made my own choice.I have nothing bad to say about the organization,I just dont want any religion in my life.

Did you at least have the guts to get a letter of disassociation? I also felt I wanted no part of any religion. The elders here in Bolingbrook told me I had to write such a letter.
If you have nothing bad to say about them, it follows you still believe all their teachings, yet you don't want any religion in your life. Aren't you being just a little contradictory here?

Why are you here? It seems pretty weird.. Web sights and chat rooms are not something taken seriously in court.
What do you hope to accomplish with this type of dialog here? It is absolutely worthless in a court of law. It is so useless it is laughable. So obviously you dont know much about how the legal system operates if you are planning on using stuff from threads on a web sight as some sort of evidence to help your defense, or your friends defense, you might as well hold the hearings in a tree house in the back yard to compliment the evidence.
