While malicious lying is definitely condemned in the Bible, this does not mean that a person is under obligation to divulge truthful information to people who are not entitled to it.
So there's the crux of it - ToMo3 feels he is under no "obligation to divulge truthful information to people who are not entitled to it", and clearly "people who are not entitled to [truthful information]" includes every single JW on the planet.

Am I alone here in thinking that this whole broadcast was dressed up and produced for the consumption of the civil authorities who are scrutinizing this organization to see if there is cause for punitive prosecution? This broadcast has the feel of whiny desperation. Too bad the average JW will lap it right up, though. -

Look, if these situations were so important to make it to national broadcast TV in the US , your best assured the WTS is going to take up some posturing of damage control.
Those US based TV stations are all owned by JW apostates anyways.
The talk by Morris eluded that god's chosen people would be persecuted and these accusations are in vein of that prosecution. ...... lying idiot

Funny is not whenever a religious organization that monikers itself as Christian gets raked over for irresponsible harmful behavior, the first thing the leaders proclaim is persecution, persecution ! ... just like what the bible says. Amen

and all the freinds pat the dad on the back for doing such a good job in court refusing to allow the doctors to save calebs life
