My legal professional name is Clarke Fontaine. I'm a professional writer and musician.I've appeared on National TV and radio. My real name and the one most of you know me by is Kent Boxberger. I grew up around the JW religion and was baptized for 15 yrs. I was an Elder and served from Texas to Georgia. My wife and I disassociated in 1996, due to the fact that we didn't believe all the teachings of JW's anymore and came to a new understanding that God is not judgmental and loves everyone unconditionally, regardless of their beliefs or any other reason.

As a result, I wrote a book entitled "Your Future Religion". This book does not "bash" the JW religion or any other religion. This book is not intended to have you follow my beliefs. This book is about how you can identify your own personal religion. Religion is just another word for "beliefs". Look it up in the dictionary. Whether you know it or not, you have a unique set of beliefs, regardless of what you profess. These beliefs or opinions are unique to you and you alone and that is all right with God - for God does not judge any of us, regardless of what you may have been taught. Remember what the Bible says about "God loving everyone". Why do you think there are so many beliefs in the world? Everyone is different - we're made this way. I believe the bible has many contradictions in it and I go into it, in the book. You see, God does not care whether you're a Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Jew, Hindu, New Age, Athiest or any other religion or belief - its all acceptable to God. You no doubt have things about your religion, that you do not agree with or practice. You feel what you feel and believe what you believe for a reason. It's who you are. There are no wrong ways. All are ok. This is what it means to be like God - to love, accept and understand unconditionally. This is what it takes for all mankind to live in peace.

Some of the Chapter Titles are as follows:

    "What Is God?","What Is Your Religion","Religious Organizations", Spiritual Communication","Your Future,Your Fate","Your Future Health","Your Human Relationships","Identifying Your Passion".

In these chapters, I discuss my personal experiences as a JW and after coming out of the religion. I talk about topic such as: The Bible, Prayer & Meditation, Invisible Spirits, Psychics,Dreams, Animals, Music&Movies, Conventional & Alternative Healthcare, Parents, Marriage, Divorce,Sex, Money, Jobs and my personal story.

The book will be released in bookstores nationwide in mid-2003, but you can order it direct from me now. Just email me your home address and any other comments. I'll email you back, so you may send check or money order, or pay with Mastercard or Visa.

I agree w your views. I do bash some religions, though. That's because they take away peoples' freedoms. But that's me.

Well, well, well. You just never know who you're going to run into on this site! Clark/Kent, do you remember Scott & Christina Presley from Arlington East? That's Big Tex and cruzanheart on this site, or Christopher & Nina Scott (names legally changed in 1993). HOW HAVE YOU BEEN? How's Melanie? Are you still in Georgia? How many kids now? Remember the margarita parties at the Borenos? E-mail us!!!! There's lots to catch up on. ([email protected] and/or [email protected]).

    Love,

No- I'm Melody's husbands brother! My wife is also named Melanie, but we live in Atlanta, GA. I don't know who you are, but I'll pass on the message. No we don't have religion - except our own personal beliefs and this is what the book is about. Thanks for the reply.

If, as you say, "There are no wrong ways" then why would anyone want to spend $20 to read your book? I just can't see it, because if there are no wrong ways how can there be a right way? You don't want to posit any sort of absolute truth in which a person must base their beliefs on, which nullifies any validity to your claim of having anything true to say. If there is no truth how can you be true?

If a person's belief system leads them to feel that they must beat all writers and musicians to a bloody pulp on all Tuesdays, would you still be as quick to grant them a level of moral authority and sanction under the "God is so loving that he doesn't care what you believe" theory?

Furthermore, your God is, at best, a made up God. As such how can your God have any meaning or validity? Your God isn't the God of any major religion or faith. It's not the God of the Bible, the Rig Vidas, the Koran, the Talmud, or any major text. So if you're going to make up a God, why not at least make up a God that can stand up to five or six minutes of deductive reasoning? In fact, why even use the word God? Why not say that Steve is so loving that he doesn't care what you believe. Why not say that your cat is so loving that she doesn't care what you believe.

The one thing I can't really figure out is why did you even waste your time writing a book? I guess maybe to try and make some money. But at the very least you could have been a bit more creative and written past postmodernistic moral relativism which, while popular in the general uneducated public, can't stand up to any significant scrutiny.

I found god inside a craft caramel candy. It took about 5 minutes to eat him. He was sweet. Would he count? I have god inside, now, born again, as they say.

Thanks for your reply "W", I guess you have your own truth, religion and God and didn't even know it! That's what it's all about.
