Hi Nancee: Lawrence Hughes is a Canadian citizen and my understanding is that his "Class Action" if beingf coordinated in Canada. Whereas Jeff Anderson has already spearheaded many lawsuits in several states un the USA ... and now the lawfirm of Love and Norris is appealing to JW victims in the State of Taxas. I have been working on getting a lawfirm involved in Illinois, as I am sure other firms in various states will do so. Class actions are normally handled in State courts, not national or federal courts, so any class action being pulled together by Lawrence Huges should not be affected.
