The Oct, 1, 2002 WT. states: "As we approach the great tribulation, "the faithful and discreet slave" remains resolved not to compromise its obedience to the Master, Christ"..........Any comments?

Seeing as the GBs hard heartedness and stubborness rivals even the most dogmatic Pharisee, one can pretty well come to the conclusion that they don't give a damn how many kids are sexually abused, they're not going to change their policies. First of all, WT has never "exposed as lies" the work of Silentlambs. Statements made by WT confirm what Silentlambs is campaigning about:

WT has a large list of alleged molestors (Silent lambs says over 23,000, WT says "much less" but won't be more specific).
In locations where there is no mandatory reporting, they feel that is up to the victim to report
They have a "two-witness" rule and apply it to cases of molestation

Hey Watchtower! If you are watching this, your solution is very easy. Address the above factual points. Do something. Make radical change to your policies for the betterment of your members and the protection of children. If you do that, this problem will to away. If you continue this pathetic "spin doctoring" campaign, combined with huge amounts of your own mud slinging, you will be signing your own death warrant.

Of course, that action would require that your are Awake! to the situation, which is hard to do when you are over 80 and mostly concerned with (as PathofThorns would say) "staying regular" -- and I don't mean getting in 15 minutes every month.
