Ever go out in the ministry with someone who wouldn't play "worldly" songs on their stereo, and insisted on Kingdumb Melodies tapes? Gag. Come to think of it though, I always thought it was bad to play "worldly" songs in the ministry, as it didn't "set the tone." Why? Because that's what I was told.

Has anyone mastered the new song book yet? When I stopped going, the new song book must have been 10 years old, but no one could get quite right the new songs in it.

the brown one? yeah thats the one I learned them all from- The old pink one always confused me - hehe I remember my stepmothers friends from the philipines gave me one in tagolog -great now I know them in 2 languages. Since I am probably one of the newest here that is no longer a witness I still have them pop on my head and I start humming it and my b/f is like what in the heck are you singing?? are you CRAZY??

When it comes to "annoying" I think of Barry Manilow's songs (or try not to actually). The worst ones in my opinion were

But then so many of the songs from the 70's were whiny and annoying....
