Even outside of marriage, people do get attached to the person they have sex with, it just seems natural to. Given that there is an attachment, there is the issue of harming the other person if there is no meaningful bond in the relationship. To me it isn't a matter of it being okay or not okay under these circumstances, but it is a matter of cause and effect, sowing what you reap if you will. Everyone seems to be ready for sex, but who is ready for a relationship?

i have to agree with Mark/introspection. to quote him: 'everyone seems to be ready for sex, but who is ready for a relationship?' quite thought provoking. somewhat related to instant gratification vs. long term effects. a relationship entails more; loyalty, trust, respect, commitment, love, etc.
