Welcome back Robyn! Hope you're all well again. Don't you just love addictive prescription drugs? I'm not an addict or anything, but if I need some sleep or am in severe pain, I just pop a half or a whole valium and WHAMMO, I'm out through until the next afternoon. luv that stuff

((((((HappySunshine)))))), It is a pleasure to meet you. Excercise always invigorates me. As far as a pain killer goes, I couldn't excercise because of the injury. Good idea though.

Hey Girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So very glad you are back........ you were missed.

I havent been in chat as much as I used to, using most of my time posting and reading, I missed your post alot.

I know the pain of med withdrawal, I went cold turkey off Klonapin one time and it was HORRIBLE.Never ever do that!!!!! But for me, it was just one of my many off and on again self treatments.

I hope you are feeling better, and how did you get off the meds? Did the doctor help you, or did you just wean yourself off? Pain is a horrible thing, and letting go of a med that helps is very hard not only physically but emotionally too.
