Simon is too much of a gentlemen to remind us that many countless hours (and resources) have been taken away from his time to give all of us a place to discuss JW topics.

You know what to do. Do it!

(I think the Circuit Account Servant position I held for many years has come back to haunt me...I have posted this of my own accord without Simon's foreknowledge......)

Hi TaiChi,

Thank you for the reminder. We all needed to be reminded from time to time. We should be donating for all the fun we're having.

I used to think that donating was a real drag and so even though I wanted to many times, I just didn't.

First of all you had to go and drag out a credit card and put a lot of numbers in. Seemed like to much of a hassel.

Then I opened a Paypal account. Since Simon's "Donate" is also through Paypal when I click on it recognizes my computer and all I have to do is put in an amount and click a few times and presto, it's done. No fuss, no bother.

I agree!

After reading the Bull S**T about Simon allegedly hurting Silent Lambs cause, It made me donate for the first time! When I think about all the crap Simon must face almost daily here, it really touched my conscience to help out in some way.

TC, Dutchie, I'm glad to see that I am not the only one. My first donation was just the other day, although being a single parent and having been two months behind in all my bills, I never had any extra money before now. I hope to be able to continue with monthly donations.

Question:

If we Donate with a credit card.....how does it show on your statement?

My reason for asking is my wife is still a dub and I have to do things "underground"

Hell I don't know why I worry.....she gives about $40 a month to the dubbers. Still.....I don't invite trouble.

I emailed Simon for a Post Office address so I can send a money order. So far no answer. Maby he will get the time to answer or post it in a new thread.

Hi--great reminder! Actually, I just did about two weeks ago, using the "Donate" button up on the right hand side of the screen. That goes to Pay Pal and worked great.
