jst2laws - you're right but I still spend too long playing internet games!!! Looking forward to the blender Farkel, I can then use it to suck up my food so my attention is not diverted from the computer!!! Cheers Gumby and Out/Free, thanks for remembering the smoking - that was my biggest achievment this year although I'm also on a get fit regime now also!!!
