  While they mentioned jesus' name twice, they completely leave jesus out of the supposed headship he was to have over every man -

  1 Corinthians 11:3
  Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.

  Their whole structure is based on the ot, as the article spelled out very plainly. They obviously aren't even christian.

  So, here we are in 2002 with an article delivered to the public, and left in public places, which is clearly planned and articulated for the subjection of people unknown.

  As an organisation, jws are fortunate in being thought of as a kind of "silly" type of christian sort of people - if those same people had seriously read their literature, there would be a very strong backlash against the group as a whole.

  By these type of publications it could be concluded that they cannot grow to a large size, as there are only a certain number of people that will put up with that sort of s**t.

  The scripture also declares that married women can't really be true christians, as they are following their christian husbands first, not jesus directly, at least as far as paul is concerned. Here is a quote from will durant, a historian that the wt has quoted numerous times.

  Protestantism was the victory of Paul over Peter and fundamentalism is the victory of Paul over Christ.

  Does this mean that any "Overseer" (Elder) is "God's Channel on earth"???

  18. Why? Because, through his holy spirit, Jehovah has appointed the older men to their positions.
