... by not saying anything, he does not have to attach his name to anything and risk having his name harmed more then it already is, by the hate Witnesses have of him. He has "fought the good fight", let old solders retire in peace and not take them out to parade around new ideas.

Ray franz isn't part of us. Does the questioning of hs, who can take care of himself, constitute an attack on us? Where is the evidence of his attack on us?

Has Bill Bowen taken up or publicly addressed the cause of children who die over the blood transfusion policy of the JWs? If he has not should we then conclude he supports the JW policy? If he has not publicly spoken against their blood policy then I must conclude he supports the killing children.

Bill Bowen, if you do not explain your position on this then you are guilty of killing children by your silence! (Sounds silly I know, but that is what he has in effect said about others.)

This is how I see it:

#1 Some people say Bill is behaving badly because of The Letter and throwing lambs and what not.

#2some OTHER people say, Hey! Bill is a good guy! He has done so much! Why are you attacking him??

#3 the people from #1say, Hey! Its a free country and we are free to have opinions! Stop telling us what we cant say!! What, are you in the Bill Bowen Cult or something??

Then,

#4 Bill says Ray Franz refuses to speak in support of the victims and sees nothing wrong with WT child abuse policy as it is.

#5 People from #1say, Oh MY GOD!!! Ray is a good guy! He has done so much! Why are you attacking him???

I support the cause of exposing the watchtower policey when it comes to child abuse and using what ever personal venue to bring about change and healing. Wether it be the energies of support thru the silent lambs, Or your own personal approach.

What I dont understand, is how so many get hung up on trival issues.

To demerit the credability of someone because of there occupation I believe is undesirable and wrong. Granted, I agree that BB has come off very strong and sometimes just down right rude. I hope that he changes his style of communication so that more will see past this and focus on the cause. Maybe he has taken on too much for one man. I believe anyone would be overwhelmed with the attacks that people have placed against this mans character. Regardless if he was the president or the customer svc clerk at a grocery store, He is doing something with a impact that many who fault him would never do.

Just my opinion
