Wow, I've been offline for almost a week, I come back, and this is what is the hottest topic?

What is going on here?

Actually, I know exactly what is going on here: the usual difference of opinion to be expected when a large group of people from diverse backgrounds come together, without a high control cult to force them to all pretend they are in agreement.

I am so thankful that we are in a situation where we can have a difference of opinion. I don't think there are HQ lurkers here, but if there are, know this: the disagreements here are normal and healthy, and I think most here would agree that it is better to suffer the slings and arrows of a difference of opinion between two adult intelligent men, than to have everyone's opinion provided for them like we are all children.

OK, now I've got to go through the threads and find out what is going on aroun here!

Hey Val,

Things are a little more active here on this board aren't they? People get pissy a little easier here. It will die down in a week or so and everyone will go back to hugging and kissing. Little spats like this give the good old boys in Brooklyn a mental hard on when it happens. Some of them are probably right in the middle of it and causing some of the fuss. They are sneaky little devils.

Makes our little board look like Disneyland. This board cracks me up, it's like it takes a few tabs of cyber acid and everyone freaks out. I hope you are having fun, I do.

Yes, I have a problem with you.......as do most of the posters on this thread. You need to calm down. Have you even stopped to read Amazing's thread tonight about his conversation with Ray tonight? This should be left between these two men to work out.

You have lost all sense of humor and are utterly out of control if you can't see that Grace was only acting humorously as a mother, to lighten the hellacious arguments. To jump down her throat in total anger and show total disrepect by resorting to condemning her due to her age bracket, is blatantly rude! Dj
