Scene in the Airplane! movie.
My favorite is when the Bee Gees music starts and they start dancing to "Saying Alive".
What's your favorite Airplane! Moment?

OH GOODNESS! There are so many.
One of my favorite scenes was the one with Barbara Billingsley (who played Beaver's mom on TV) offering to interpret "jive talk". "Yeah, I speak jive!" And she did it flawlessly. Hilarious.
Wow-gotta think about this one. Can't decide, sorry.
Personally, I sort of like the scene where the pilot walks through the airport punching out all the cultists.
I think that scene may have some symbolic, subconscious significance for me.

"Hey, you wanna talk about Jehovah's Witnesses"? "POW!"
Its a different kind of flying alltogether.
It's a different kind of flying.
Englishman, don't call me Shirley.
"I have a drinking problem"
In the background over the PA at the hospital:
"Will the real Dr Smith report to neorosurgery"
The Autopilot was pretty good too
When "it" hits the fan, and the pilot needed to be reinflated, or better yet, the look on his face afterwards.
