Part of the struggle leaving a high controlling cult is the person has to deal with imposing guilt and shame for leaving and taking on a position as an opposer.
What possible good does it do to remind people of what brings that particular guilt and shame ?
I speaking up for the newly faded.
For long time out people like myself it doesn't matter.
