As a Green man is a pagan fertility symbol, should JWs use pedestrian crossings.

Spot on. You're absolutely correct. They should add this to the pile of other pagan practices and observations in which they participate. No doubt they will want to address this as quickly as possible in order to avoid the ire of their tribal god, um, of Jehovah.
