    oac,

: I was very sure that I was, for several years (in the 80's)

Yeah. Thorazine does that. I'll bet you lost those thoughts when they took you off it, huh?

Farkel: I'm thinking that it might have had more to do with the cocaine and LSD I used the year before...damn pharmakeia thing. The Society was right! The demons took over my brain. LOL

(((((((((((((((((the annoying gumby))))))))))))))))) Settle for working in the Service Dept?

    Fuck-

I remember the Jensens in Vancouver. I think it was Jeff in '79. He DID make it to the wine during the pass-around.

No interception! Its good! full-on drinking action!

He did get a beating after though.

I also like Wildfire was married to someone that still partakes of the emblems. Even though he was young no one ever questioned him. He was a special pioneer elder. Still is an elder today. Just like wild mentioned he also has three children that he nothing whatsoever to do with. The love JW's speak of is a joke. They do not even love thier own flesh and blood. My daughers are teens and they believe that JW's are a cult. He is to afraid to acknowledge them, then maybe someone might question his annointing.

I was 30 when I had my "epiphany." I knew 2 others my age that actually partook. One was, let me say, unusual. He eventually abandoned his wife and kids, disappeared. The other was a friend I knew in S. Cal, eventually crossed paths with him back at Bethel. He was the TMS servant in the Brooklyn Bethel congregation (lol, he counseled GB members, incl Fred Franz). Nice guy, never married (that I heard), left Bethel to be a special pioneer (last I heard).

Hmmmm, being married and newly anointed don't seem to go together, eh?

btw, welcome to the board, wildfire.

no onacruse,,,, being annointed and being married just didn't fit into the equation.... and then to have 3 kids and the oldest one is now in prison on a trumped up charge and he suffers from schizophrenia.... so it is truely heartbreakinto say the least ,,, myex also was native american.... and when he was in goodstanding.. everything connected with the Indian way was demonized.... but since he was kicked out,,,, now i think he is a cherished Medicine Man ,, i think he even did the sacred ritual of hanging by your chest by hooks like in the movie with Richard harris,,, does anyone remember that movie... the PLains Indians would pierce there body and hang there ,,,, he is from the Sdak tribe Sioux.... its all tooo bizarreee no wonder i am a frickin basket case

wildfire: You've been through/are going through some very hard times.

Like you say in your bio: "this forum gave me back a piece of my sanity that i thought would never come back"

    Me too.

One thing about us basket cases...the parts are all there, they just need to be put back together in the proper way.

    Again, welcome to this forum!
