Billy Ray was a well marketed product. He's no Faith Hill, but he had his moments.
Up here on White Trash Mountain that mullet is sure popular. We have kids in second grade with mullets down to their waist now. Oh well.

Billy Ray was a one hit wonder...the other Ray had at least two. Both had a achy breaky heart......as far as Cyrus...wasn't he GREAT?
