Since I still attend, it's obvious that I am still hearing the tunes. Sometimes, I actually read the lyrics, and quite frankly, as many of you know, they're pretty darn ghastly.

I swear this works....
When you get any song in your head, and you can't for the life of you get the tune OUT of your head, do this:
Sing the words to Amazing Grace to the tune of the theme to Gilligan's Island.
I don't know why, but when you get through, the sticky song is brushed from the corners of your mind!!
