Are COJ and Jim Penton real?

I have been thinking...how do we know, that recent posts by COJ and Jim Penton are real...
I mean, anyone could post under their names...And why would they post NOW and HERE?
Could it be, that someone is just trying to destroy SL movement?

I would say that based on their writing style compared to their books they are real. Also, in Jim's case, the knowledge displayed in his posts are in agreement with his area of expertise. Some have also questioned the accuracy of Ray's words, brought to us by Amazing. Again, I would say that what was transferred to us by Amazing has credability about it. Why don't some of you yayhoos see if you could simulate the writing of your intellectual superiors. I doubt that any of you could do it. Some of you here are starting to make me sick. Now, I know why Farkel uses the word, "dipfuck."

now now larc, no need to get upset. What's up with all the 'superiors' thing??? Some people know more in certain areas, but that doesn't make them superior.

I'm sure you know a lot more about a lot of things then I do, does that make you better then me, no. I'm sure there are things I know that you don't and that doesn't make me better then you. We can't all know everything, that's what makes the world go round, and why we need each other.

I think being able to be a good person, and make other people feel better about who they are is one of the greatest things someone can do, and that is what makes us all better people.

I'm quite sure that Jim Penton is the real Professor Penton. As Larc mentioned, the style is there, which matches his real life persona too. Plus his mentions of a recent court case are entirely in accord with my experience there too.

Venice, just shut up. I am sick and tired of your blathering. Yes, some people are superior. Ray and Jim are superior to you, both on an intellectual level and on an emotional, personal, helping level, and don't you ever forget it. You are a nice, average person and I like your contributions here overall, but I am not in the mood for your illogical, irrational dialogue.
