Marvin, great follow-up questions. There may well be evidence of Applewhite's professional misconduct but I cannot see it in the plaintiff's allegations against her.
Does anyone know the actual outcome of the charges against her?
One things very clear, were the allegations ever proven, I'd wonder why she still practises in her profession and why an already beseiged organization (JW) would want to use her as an expert witness.
