What I am doing is after finding out that a package has been shipped, I am crossing the recipient's name off the list above. That is a whole lot easier than remembering to send out emails to everyone. So, if you see your name crossed out on the list above, but haven't received your gift yet, know that it is on it's way!

LyinEyes so glad you got your gift, and after I got it in the mail I realized I forgot to put candies in the box for the kiddies. Doh!! I am so glad you like the gifts. I think this was the best idea Scootergirl had and I love her for it. Well I love her for many other reasons too. I hope each and everyone one of you have the the Merriest Christmas possible. And best wishes to all all of you and your little families.

    Love Orangefatcat.

Yes, Scootergirl, you're a star - I can imagine how difficult and time consuming organising all this was.

But it's all worthwhile because ...

    MY PRESSIE ARRIVED !!

Thank you (((Caligirl & Freedom96))). I am being very good and have put it away to open on XMas morning with the kids. You have no idea how difficult this is for me (ask Angharad).

LOL......I can only imagine Simon how difficult it is for you....But I can only imagine just how difficult it is for Angharad! Kids and a hubby wanting to open presents? Poor woman! LOL

    Thank you, Searchin50!!!!!!

It's a Santa Claus cookie jar
Absolutely wonderful gift, I love it!

Here's a song for you (music supplied by Brad/Sublime & served with a twist by me )

    What I Got

Early in the mornin', risin' to the street,
Light me up that cigarette and I strap shoes on my feet.
Got to find my present, hidin' in the mail
This waitin' for my pressy makes me feel like I'm in hell
This waitin's got me so down, I feel like gettin' high
If it ain't in my mail box, well I guess I'll just cry!

Then I opened up my mailbox and guess what I got?
A Christmas present from Searchin50 (man, I love that gal a lot!)
Now I don't have to go "postal" (dontcha think that's for the best?)
Took my present from the mailbox, heart thumpin' in my chest
Shook the box a little, shook it with glee
All the while wonderin' what the heck could it be?
A Santa is what I got! A cookie jar (so neat!)
(and the cookie jar is perfect for the holiday treats!)
It came here to me, feels like more than I deserve
Somethin' so beautiful for cookies to get served
    A Santa's what I got, a cool cookie-pot
And I really, really love it a lot! lot!

A Santa is what I got, I said remember that.
A Santa is what I got, and remember that.
A Santa is what I got, I said remember that.
    A Santa, is what I got, I got, I got, I got, I got!
    -----------------------------------------------------------

Searchin50, the card is beautiful, the gift is awesome, and so are you.

Simon - I am glad it arrived safely! I was worried, given the distance that it had to travel!

Can I just grass on my wife - SHE OPENNED HERS !!

I didn't, I have some self control (although I have only been home from work for an hour so temptation hasn't fully kicked in yet)

<scratching head> what does "grass" mean. Like tattle? Reporting her? I never heard that expression.

edited to add PS, I bet you will only last another hour, Simon! You don't have any self-control. In fact, by the time I post this, I bet the gift is already opened! (Angharad, you have my sympathy, I saw his comment on e-man's wedding thread!!)
