What you say is true. I find most of the stories in the Bible to be far-fetched, to say the least, but I have never had any trouble believing the above quotes. If it happened the way Moses said, I am sure that Adam and Eve placed the blame elsewhere.

I am considering seeking punitive damages - I feel I need to be compensated for:

-time lost when I could have been generating income doing other things

-emotional stress where I now have insecurities and have to deal with fear of rejection

-physical strain from crying so hard that I think I may have damaged my spinal cord

I am going to have to sue you because I laughed so hard, the tea that I was drinking came pouring out of my nose causing me emotional distress because of public embarrassment/humiliation in front of my dog.
