Have you ever been fired from a job?

    Hey Dan!!

You remind me of an ex son in law I had. He was also named Dan. I had to bail him out of several not too wise moves several times.

I have the perfect defense for you. You know how a kid can be attracted to, say a swiming pool and then drown? Well if the pool is not fenced in and with other devices to prevent this sort of thing it is known in legal circles as an "attractive nuisance" and there are laws against maintaining an attractive nuisance.

Tell all those involved that the low cut dress combined with those marvelous boobs are an "attractive nuisance". You see there were not enough covering of the boobs to prevent this sort of thing from happening. This will put you in the position of being an innocent victim that was drawn to this attractive nuisance and your mind and sight just fell into them.

If this fails you can threaten to sue the owner of the marvelous boobs.

Dan quit beating yourself up and share the story. We don't tolerate other members calling themselves losers here. Do it again and you'll be dealt with severely by everyone posting sickeningly sweet "Dan is great" material. I'm serious here! It's one of those rules most of you don't know about.

Seriously though Dan. Don't let it get you down dude. Go in there with your head held high and if you're fired, don't burn the bridge behind you. That's very important, to maintain or at least salvage a good relationship with former employers. I tell you that from personal experience.

Hang in there buddy. Firing is not necessarily a bad thing. There may be a job out there literally waiting for you personally and you just don't know about it yet. It's happened to me before and if it happened to me let me tell you it can truly happen to anyone.

    Mike.

Fer chrissake!!! *slaps dantheman on side of head*

First of all, you're not a loser, you're a man, men like boobs, so you did nothing wrong. Did you touch them??? Did you drop spittle into the middle of them?? Did you touch them with your hands, tongue or other body parts?? You just looked upon your co-workers frontal pieces with lust, so what dan, you're not a loser, you're just a man. It was a social function so its okay to have a few drinks and to wink at the ladies...don't be so hard on yourself.

Now, like nilfun said, you over-explained yourself. You tried to do the right thing, but your co-worker got the freaks or whatever. Her problem, not yours.

I cannot see any grounds for dismissal dan. Chin up possum...all is not lost. Avoid the voluptuous lady for a while, and just carry on and see what happens.

    Dan,

Finally a subject I know something about. I have not only been fired before, I was once fired in an airport 2000 miles away from home. A long story for another day.

Its not as bad as it sounds. Even in a tough economy, good people with good work habits are hard to find. If they do fire you, you may find a job you like even better.

I've never been fired, but I know I did push the limits at one job I had.

And "nay" on the loser. Sheesh!

You were just being a guy and trying to be polite.

On another note. Women that wear low cut blouses with cleavage up to their chin, certainly want you guys to take notice, and don't let them tell you any different! I know what I am talking about. It annoys the ever living hell out of me when a woman gets offended when some poor guy glances more than a second at her bust after she has taken the time to cinch them up and display them in the first place!

    Dantheman,

I'm sorry to hear about your predicament, but I am more upset listening to you put yourself down. NOW STOP IT! You don't need to let yourself think that way. It is not mentally healthy. If you can't get a grip on your self-esteem, then get some therapy (or I'll kick your a$$ for ya )

    Hugs,

I've never been fired either! Don't think I haven't tried though!! I even pulled an "Englishman" type stunt...drove (uh, tried to drive) a box van into a slightly shorter parking garage. And yep, it was only a few weeks old also. Well, I'll keep trying (to get fired) and one of these days I'll get it right. Boob drooling eh? Hmmmm. As long as it's a woman it just might work. hehehe
