Oh I know mom but you saved them the trouble. It's a ridiculous amount for a coffee maker.

Princess,
I want one too. Where in Seattle did you get it? I love the idea that it has a lifetime guarantee. I almost one bought one @ starbucks but they only had a one year guarantee and they start about $300.00. I didn't want to risk buying something that expensive with only a year gurantee.
I might be able to get one in January. Can you send me an e-mail where I can buy one? Hey, I can even stop with my daughter & say hi.

Ahh, Princess, the trappings of royalty, eh? Lucky you! I have an El Cheapo model that makes a mess and doesn't have independent frothing; you have to catch it while the espresso's brewing. Nevertheless, it gets the job done. Make mine a double latte, Irish creme with one pump mocha.

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
I am looking into getting one of these puppies but don'tknow which name brand to buy! How much do you have to spend to get a decent and reliable machine? I have heard that the $100 ones arent that great cause they dont froth the milk properly.
Any input would be appreciated!

She bought it at Williams Sonoma in University Village. Good luck finding parking, unless you go early on a weekday!
I think there is one at Bell Square in Bellevue too.

Thanks Mulan,
If I survive & pass my 1st quarter in graduate school, I'll buy myself one. I love caramel machiatto's. They have a shot of vanilla & real caramel on top. I always ask for no foam but with whip cream.
YUM, yum, YUM, yum,
Starbucks here I come.

Princess,
Can you make mine a mocha with extra cream and chocolate flake?
Yeah I know it sounds more like an ice-cream.
Ignored One.

Parousia
Princess,
If you are ever away from your cool new machine, are desperate for a latte, and just happen to be on the Kitsap Peninsula ... stop by Caffe Parousia on Hwy 305 in Poulsbo, and have a drink on the house. I'll post a note up that says if anyone ever comes in and says they are a Princess, I owe them a drink. If I'm not there and a man gives you a hard time (he teases nearly everyone) say, "I was told you wear the pants, but someone else wears the pockets." Heehee. He will know. Those are his own words--not mine.

Ooh ... Coffee ... Nectar (after beer, obviously)
I love a nice coffee and hate tea - just one of the things that makes me think I'm on the wrong side of the Atlantic
