Welcome to the forum. I'm glad you gave yourself a Sabbatical from the org to play football.
However, if you're here to find a proper young sister interested in marriage, you're extremely unlikely to find her here. There are lots of "improper" fun-loving gals here, though. So stick around and join in the fun anyway.

Welcome to the forum. It's good to hear that you took a kind of Sabbatical from the org to play football, something you truly enjoyed.

Interesting that they would discourage a jw from playing college football & yet I knew a "brother in good standing" that was a weight training coach for a pac-10 footbal team

Tell you what - if you're still working to get dipped as a j-dub - you have much more in life to see, former college footbal player or not. Take a week's spare time and read up on you and your potential wife's religious pedigree.
