I made a dress for the summer assembly when I was about 14 years old........obviously sewing is not my fortay in life cause the zipper split all the way up the back during the afternoon session........thank god I had a shawl!!

I had to get the photo album out for this...
My mum used to make alot of our dresses.. I remember when peplems were in.(dont know if I spelt that right)
I also had to wear drop waisted dresses.. I HATED them...
To go along with the 80's dress you cant forget the hair styles....
All I can say is.. How Embarressing!!!!!!!!!

The worst outfit I wore was my bridemaids outfit for a wedding in 1986. I had the puffy sleeves, the V-waistline, and the big skirt, just right for making my hips look 10 times bigger than they were I only wore the dress once after that, and about a year ago I sent it off to a charity to do with it whatever they wanted.
