Jack , yes, Mum got back home, and we had a nice long chat.

So... would it be more of a guy thing to keep things to yourself? Seems to me that girls express themselves much easier....

    Kisses.

An amusing little whine but I think you'll be surprised at its presumption.

    Why whine about anything?

Viv , I guess it is a guy thing......generally, it seems more "manly" to be stoic and all that.

But sometimes, I think we need to unload too. Sometimes, we get it out by a good workout or something like that. Personally, I do something I enjoy - listen to music, watch tv, workout, stuff like that. That seems to help.

I am glad you and your mum had a good chat!

I dont think I do much whining. I'm not usually the whiner, in fact I'm usually the whinee. My middle son is king of the whiners and he calls me all too often with tales of how he has been wronged.

I've grown weary of being a good listener.

No whining here. I keep everything bottled up inside. The hot realtor gal that keeps flirting with me just may be able to open me up, though.

I have a fantastically supportive and attentive hubby who is always ready for a D&M on whatever may be troubling me. I think I would go mad if I didn't have that outlet...for specifically girly stuff I still talk to mum or my SIL.

I rant on and on to my siblings on a daily basis by email. Best therapy in the world.
