A radio talk show host in L.A. told of asking a large group of college students "If a total stranger and your pet dog were in a river drowning, and you could only save one, which would it be?" The majority of the audience went with the pet which produce 2 hours of intense call-ins from the listening audience. The host took the moralist view that human life is worth more and he found it incredible that a majority of the students went with the pet. The funny thing is, when polling the audience, the majority went with the pet too. It even got to the point where people were asking the host..."What if the stranger were Osama bin Ladin...would you save him over your pet".... interesting show.

It's hard to imagine saving Osama over my dog. I love my dog! But the bible says that giving a kind word to your enemy heaps coals on his head, I wonder what saving his life would do? Not trying to be holier than thou, Just thought it was an interesting thought.
