Sooooo true! I mean, how can you expect to find a loving partner if what you are looking for is an Ideal weight / frame / body type? Who you marry or fall in love with, or (Lust should I say, for those body type seekers) will probably change, physically, over time. If you really love someone, weight and looks do not matter. In the beginning, you may be attracted to them for that reason but that isnt what keeps people together.

BTW, Have any of you seen the movie Shallow Hal?

Seriously though, despite desperate attempts by our government to bring in the kilogramme (kg) (which we now use in our shops) many people are still quoting their weight in Stone.

You may not think you are missing out on relationships but there are probably more than a handful of women reading this thinking they could never be with you because of your personal preferences.

Well, I honestly cant speak for all women.

When I was younger, I think I was attracted to physical appearance mainly. Now that Ive lived a little and had some bad experiences, which Ive learned from, I pretty much just enjoy being around people because of who they are and how they treat people. I like people who arent judgemental, care about others, and listen. I like people who are loyal and put others needs before their own.

I just cant imagine spending a lifetime with someone unless they had at least some of those qualities. Those kinds of things dont show up on a scale though. You would have to get to know them first. The attraction & the relationship would probably have to come later.
