Why don't you try putting it into finger nail polish. Can you imagine the neat affect of dancing in the night with your nails flashing?

hello crazy,
its not the sugar thats modified...its the organism that produces the alcohol (yeast or bacteria)...the problem with Rum is that the alcohol goes through steps of destillation which probably destroyes the protein that causes the glowing...so you would have to add the enzyme into the Rum at the end.
