Myself, anniversaries of a loved one's passing, is very hard. Try to spend today, thinking of special things that you did together. Look at some old pictures of a trip that you all took. Look those places up, on Google Earth, and get a view of how your mother sees them now. What was her favorite food or restaurant? Take a friend or family member, and go, eat, and talk about her.
