Jourles, that's exactly what does happen. I've known people in the accounting dept at conventions. The #'s they report on Sunday morning do not include the $'s collected during the weekend so far(or at most just the first morning or day), they are the #'s at the beginning of the convention. Every convention starts in a deficit, since all $'s not needed to pay expenses are forwarded to the WTBTS at the end of every convention. So the next convention starts w/ basically $0 in the bank. The conventions are huge $$$$ makers for the WTBTS.
