My answers to the question:
Yes!.....I knew the songs and I sang them out loud......only around my wive and acted like it was a joke. I loved Christmas music and still do.
Don't give Pris too much shiraz as she will need to be upright for work tomarrow.

I joined the Jws at age 14, so I had already learned some Christmas songs by that time. And, yes, I did miss them and would have liked to sing them.
I make up for it today and sing them every chance I get.

2. I used to sing them too just to wind my mother up and to give the "you shouldn't do thaaaat" brigade something to talk about. :-)

I knew lots of carols because I played in the school orchestra and before that, sang in the choir. I didn't get to do the Christmas concerts but I had to rehearse. At least Mom and Dad let me do that.
I sang them all the time. Now I have several Christmas CD's and play them in the car, at home, all the time.
