Kent, you have done a lot of good work. We are proud of you for that. I just wish you hadn't put up pornographic cartoons on Simon's web site. Yes, you were drunk at the time, but still, you should have known better. I do wish you and your family a very happy future.
Thanks for your kind words. My wife and I are really looking forward to relax a bit, and to feel some temperatures above zero :)
As for the Watchtower Observer I'm sure I won't ever run a site like that again. It takes all too much time to keep it updated, and anyone who tries will find that out rather quickly - I'm sure Randy and others can attest to that. Strangely enough, most responses you get for running a site like the Observer is sour critic - not only from JWs and the Watchtower - but even more from Ex-JWs.

You are not proud of anything I've done - and as for being drunk - take care of your own bottles. From what I hear I'm not the one of us having the most problem with being a drunk! You're not a person I would like to know any more than I'm unhappy enough to do already.

I think a lot of people appreciate the work you did and it has affected a lot of people's lives. I certainly appreciate how much time and effort goes on behind the scenes and know there comes a time when enough is enough and you have to put your own life first.

You are one of the first people I got to know when I was first coming out of the JWs, and your website had always been one of the most comprehensive collections available. I'm sorry to see it go, but I know there will be others who can carry on in their own way.

Kent........yours was the very first site I visited, this year in fact, after 17 years in the wilderness without support, I gasped at the 95 generation change and subsequent information...... you have done a wonderful service my friend, if you are ever in the UK, post me....I owe you way too many beers..............

WT Observer was one of the first sites I stumbled across after I had already left the Kingdumb Hall & all of its wackiness. It helped me confirm that I had escaped from a publishing company masquerading as a religion - rather than anything approved by, set up by, or "organized" by God.
