What is the authority of the Royal Commission? I went to their website and they tout themselves as a nonprofit organization, not a legal authority. -

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Not to be confused with The Lords Commissioners that are collectively known as the Royal Commission in the United Kingdom.A Royal Commission is a major ad-hoc formal public inquiry into a defined issue in some monarchies. They have been held in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Saudi Arabia. A Royal Commission is similar in function to a Commission of Enquiry (or Inquiry) found in other countries such as Ireland, South Africa, and Hong Kong.
A Royal Commissioner has considerable powers, generally greater even than those of a judge but restricted to the terms of reference of the Commission. The Commission is created by the Head of State (the Sovereign, or his/her representative in the form of a Governor-General or Governor) on the advice of the Government and formally appointed by Letters Patent. In practice—unlike lesser forms of inquiry—once a Commission has started the government cannot stop it. Consequently governments are usually very careful about framing the Terms of Reference and generally include in them a date by which the commission must finish.

I think the Royal Commission is taking time to read it's emails that they have receive I'm sure they will take the time to read the documents more to find out why this submission is so important to keep confidential and what type of question they are going to put before GB Jackson to make sure they can get all the goods on him that they can.
I'm sure your Honor and Stewart are very happy over recent events popping up so providentially to make a good case.
All this new information that many have sent needs to be examined to make a good future cases against them where all the damming evidence is made available by this public inquiry.
